One day at the office, while Richard Uzelac was heading over to the pantry to grab something to eat, he saw this friend, Steven, sitting in this chair staring blankly over the window, so he bothered to ask him what he was thinking. He talked about feeling mediocre at what he was doing, making sales as a Real Estate Agent. So Richard listened and sat down with him. And while heading home, he suddenly had this idea of starting his own business.
